This type of Survey is used for Municipal Purposes. Survey shows existing structures and new or proposed construction that requires a Permit, Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion. Examples of this include construction of new additions to existing homes, erection of pools and sheds, etc. The survey indicates the location of the improvement on the parcel relative to the established property lines.
