Terms and Conditions

$15 cancellation fee will be charged to cover processing if no work has begun on the project:

50% will be refunded if Survey is cancelled and field work has been completed:

No refund if completed Survey has been delivered.

Deliverables include 4 original copies with signature and seal.  Addition originals are available at a cost of $25 each.

Copies of the survey are available on-line on Adobe pdf format upon request.

All certifications that are to be added to a Title Survey must be provided in writing.

Surveys that are prepared for Municipal purposes are not to be used for conveyance of title.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, limits of liability shall be limited to fee paid for Survey.

If additional certifications are required after delivery of original survey, a fee of $25 will be required for each new copy provided.  (If old copies are returned there is no fee.)

Unless otherwise indicated no stakes are to be set.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, survey fee does not include research at the County Seat, Village or Town.  It is the responsibility of the client to provide current deed and/or Title Report.  If additional documents are required to complete the survey you will be notified in writing of the estimated fees.
