This type of Survey is used by Title Companies and Banks for issuance of Title Insurance. Title Insurance is required by lending institutions to guarantee that the parcel of land that they are mortgaging is clear of encumbrances and encroachments. The Survey shows fence lines, improvements to the parcel and the distance from these items to the established Property Lines.
